A big goal I have with The Modern Mama Hub Blog is to spark discussions about postpartum & motherhood wellness. I hope one day postpartum is a very open topic where no one feels they need to struggle in silence or think they are alone.

In effort to support fellow mamas' on this crazy journey, I coordinate various community based initiatives that work to benefit moms during the postpartum timeframe. ​
